Storage

Do not refrigerate or freeze—humidity will cause your cake to melt or shrink.
Keep in the sealed container provided until you are ready to serve.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place at room temperature (below 75°F).
Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.

Important Notes

Opening the container exposes the cake to humidity, which will begin to dissolve the cotton candy.
If you have a humidifier in your home, be sure to keep your cake in the sealed packaging until serving.
Toppers should be added just before serving/eating to prevent dissolving.
Cotton Candy Cakes last about 1–2 weeks unopened.
